I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I specializes in chronic conditions such as migraine, TMJ disorder, frozen shoulder, and fibromyalgia along with whiplash, rotator cuff, and low back injuries. I am a Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist and a Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Through experiences working with chiropractors I have developed a clinical approach to my work. During a session I may utilize several massage styles—such as Swedish, Deep Tissue or Sports and techniques such as I.A.S.T.M., Trigger Point or Chinese Cupping (to name a few)—to restore the soft tissue back to optimum functionality. 

My approach is calm and methodical, offering relaxation while addressing any troubled areas.
